Wyalusing State Park 2012

Looking for a great way to kick off summer?  This weekend, reap the benefits of free admission for quite a few activities in Wisconsin.  We love the state park system, going on hikes or walks and absolutely love fishing.  Hopefully you can take advantage of this great weekend.

*Saturday, June 1st is National Trails Day and fees are waived to use all DNR-managed state trails.

*Sunday, June 2nd is Free Entrance to Wisconsin State Parks.  They typically call it the Wisconsin State Park Open House.  It’s a great day to get out and explore the awesome State Parks for free.  Who knows, you may find a park or parks that you really enjoy and decide it is worth getting your annual sticker.  Camping fees do still apply for the weekend.  If you are looking to reserve a campsite, you can do so online with the Wisconsin State Park System website.

*It’s also Fishing Free Weekend!

Check out all of the info on the Travel Wisconsin site!  Find a State Park for your adventures!
